The Project Culture Construction Research On Oil Quality Upgrading And Reconstruction In Sinopec Changling

Developing a good project culture is the most important guarantee for a more successful and better performance project in the engineering project construction, especially in petrochemical engineering project. The changeable market and management environment, the difficulties of engineering technology, the intensity and mobility of labor and labor force, the cycle length of construction and the complexity of capital allocation have made project culture construction the fundamental way to realize the three major management targets for quality、schedule plan and safety. Based on the background of SINOPEC corporate culture, this essay probes into practical application of the project culture in the Renovation and Extension Project of Sinopec Changling Company (hereinafter referred toas:Changlian Renovation and Extension Project.) so as to realize the project management target and increase the efficiency by means of project culture construction research.Combining with the current research situation and research methodology from both home and abroad, the essay firstly states the selected topic background and its research significance, and then expounds the relative theories such as characteristics, connotation, team building, corporate culture, management by objectives etc. It analyses the existing problems and their causes aimed at the present situation of the corporate and project culture in Changling. On this basis, the author starts with the analysis of the project features and the stage characteristics of culture construction and its implementation strategy of Changling’s Renovation and Extension Project. Lastly it evaluates positively the project safety, quality and schedule plan of Changling project culture construction.
