With the development of the industry, the bidding companies increasingly fiercecompetition, people regard productivity as the first factor in the enterprise plays a more andmore important role.Material and financial resources for an enterprise is limited, but thehuman resources is infinite, enterprises need to carefully dig.This paper on the ZL company of invite public bidding to carry out staff training process,way, method and in training in the various situations were described objectively, combinesenterprise staff training theory, finds out the training in each layer on the staff training ofinsufficient understanding, training needs analysis, training plan is not reasonable, single formof training, targeted is not strong, and the training of the lack of effective control andincentive measures, evaluation system is not perfect and practical problem and cause offormation of company staff, optimize structure, improve the quality of personnel, improveenterprise performance waited to produce adverse effect, more to the enterprise strategictarget realization brings a barrier.Literary theory this through the ISD training system, training needs analysis of threeelements model, training plan and organize the implementation of theory, Korotkoff trainingeffect evaluation model theories and methods of classical theoretical model, the company inthe training of the problems including perfecting training process, establishing demandanalysis system, formulate a reasonable training plan, establish the evaluation of trainingeffect mechanism, perfect the incentive system and control system etc..
