With the further development of the modern economy, more and more enterprises toadopt a Performance Related Pay model. During the past century, companies pay issue hasalways been a topic of general interest in the fields of economics and management,economics research on pay issues has been systemized very well. A review of all kinds ofpayment theory, we can find the basic assumptions of these theories are: the subject must bea human with the charactor is "rational", thus deduced the various views have penetrated intomanagement activities of management behavior is extremely broad impact. From themanagement point of view, the reality of environmental factors is complex, the paymenttheory system is not able to get so rational execution. Management practices based on therequirements of enterprise compensation management theory but also with the developmentof management practices and continue to develop. Although these theories common in avariety of management theory,but it affects the enterprise compensation management basicconcepts and style changes; while, in reality, a variety of management methods andtechniques is always reflects the essence of these theories.Employee performance pay can be measured, quantified performance pay staff’ssalaries to reflect the difference between the salary through quantitative performance canenhance employee motivation,employee benefits and interests of the company to achieve awin-win situation.Concretely, This article research the concept and quantitative performance pay schemeand analyse the quantitative performance payment various business processes involved, andthrough a variety of measures to promote enterprise development and practice, discusses thestudy in the production and operation of enterprises play key role to achieve the desiredresults and business outlook of the study in the future development trend of production andoperation.
