Human capital is the most active, has the most development potential, and can berecycled factors of production in the competition, has received wide attention. If you wantto manage human capital, salary management is an important means to stimulate the staff’senthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the good management of human capital. The salarymanagement is the important work to stimulate the staff’s enthusiasm, initiative andcreative, and the compensation strategy adjustment, reasonable control of thecompensation cost, is the priority among priorities of salary management. How theenterprise use the salary management to get to effectively communicate and implement theideas of enterprise management, and fully mobilize and improve the staff’s workingefficiency, reduce the key posts management and technical personnel turnover rate, andthen the realization of the company and the employee is a practical challenges.Firstly, we takes the Lvzhou company as the research object, through to the domesticand international compensation management theory knowledge, performance appraisaland salary management concept, function, research and salary design principle, step andmethod, apply theory to practice of compensation management application of the Lvzhoucompany.Secondly, base on interview and questionnaire in the Lvzhou company. Combined with industry characteristics, market competition, the company’sdevelopment goals, business operation of the actual situation, from the actual situation oftheir own the characteristics of staff, staff quality, staff needs, using the method of factoranalysis,quantitative and qualitative analysis, theory with practice, design a set of salarymanagement system for Lvzhou, management to solve the problem of the Lvzhoucompany is facing, so that it can optimizing the salary management.Finally, ensure the smooth implementation of compensation managementoptimization in organization, culture, system, and through to the employees to conductpropaganda and management to enhance the related training, on the operation of thecompany development goal and salary management correlation system, guide the staff consciously improve professional quality, improve work efficiency, long term establishand perfect the mechanism design and implementation of management compensation, thecompensation management becomes a healthy development of the system of care theLvzhou company continue to grow and develop.
