As a underlying and strategic industry including investigation, prospection and research, geological prospecting plays an important role in national defense, and development of economy or society. Beginning in1949when PRC was set up, it is not only a natural monopoly industries, but aLSo a scarce resources and a venture investment industry. So, too much complexity and variability is presented because of the characteristics of each industry mentioned before. Nowadays, finding out a way of the capital management and efficient capital use for ongoing and rapid development of the company, is an urgent and important topic due to the problems in this industry such as not enough capital, the restrict of mineraLS business, the hotly completion and so on.Based on the funds management theory and investigation, a solution is presented in this paper by analyzing the problems in the funds management of DZED in geological prospecting company. It’s meaningful for the companies to build a modern funds management system.Six parts were included in this paper. The background, purpose, meaning of this study, and the contents, research ideas, applications in this paper is summarized in chapter1. The theory is introduced in chapter2. In chapter3, the funds management situation of this industry in China is introduced. Base on the analysis of DZED funds management, the contents of chapter4is the necessity of build a funds management to solve the problems in DZED. In chapter5, the system of funds management, concentrate management, project funds management and risk controlling system are described. At last, the conclusion is drew in chapter6based on the summary of practice in DZED funds management.In order to solve the problems in DZED management and develop it in hotly completion, the measure of building the system of financial settlement, management, and risk control is put in this article in the example of these three aspects mentioned before in DZED. Hopefully, the protect of national resource, the social service, the whole society and the company can be developed better under the help of this system.
