Research On Enterprise Reform In State-owned Geological Prospecting Units

As a basic, leading, strategic work, geological exploration work plays a decisive role in the economic and social development in China. After2006the State Council promulgated and implemented "decision on strengthening geological work", the geological exploration work has been further strengthened. At present, with China’s rapid economic and social development and steady progression of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization, the bottleneck of resources is very prominent. As the important support and forerunner of the development of the national economy, the geological exploration work becomes extremely important. Therefore, study on the enterprization of state-owned geological exploration units to promote the economic development of them, has a very important practical significance.Since the establishment of the state-owned geological exploration units, especially since the reform and opening up in China, the geological exploration units have developed and grown gradually through many times of system reform. After the jurisdiction delegated to the local government in2000, the state-owned geological exploration units brought forward the reform direction of enterprization. After that, the state-owned geological exploration units throughout the country explored their own ways and modes of enterprization reforming. Among these modes, Inner Mongolia mode and Yunnan mode is famous. Although the reform took many roundabout way, but it has liberated the productive forces, and promoted the rapid development of geological exploration economy.Based on the analysis of present situation and development of the enterprization reform of state-owned geological exploration units, as well as the analysis of geological exploration economic development in other typical countries, by combining with the actual, this dissertation holds that the state-owned geological exploration units must carry out reform to separate institutions and enterprises, and the enterprization reform direction must be insist on. Only by separating institutions and enterprises, and through the establishment of a modern enterprise system, the structure optimization, restructuring and adjustment of geological exploration industry structure can be promoted, and the sustainable development of geological exploration economy can be pushed forward.
