With the dominant position Multi-National Corporation have in the globaleconomic development, more and more enterprises want to expand their scale andinfluence, in order to cope with the staff growth pressure and efficiency declineproblem, shared services emerge as the times require, has become a new type ofmanagement model for many enterprises to pursuit. Moreover, establishing sharedservice center become a good choice for the company to improve their efficiency andto provide cost savings. However, in the implementation of shared services, benefitsand risks come at the same time, the financial risk and tax problems brought about bythe transformation of enterprise management also can not be ignored.The research of this thesis, mainly focused on the following aspects: Firstly, fromthe development of financial sharing aspect, to do a simple exposition on thedevelopment of shared services at home and abroad, then, taking A enterprise as thestudy object, analysing this company’s internal situation and the necessity ofimplementing shared service, and specifying the implement conditions for shareservice; Secondly, To research the enterprise’s which have successfully established ashared service center for their business experience,sharing the internal problems of Acompany in it’s process of share service implementation, propose the financial andtax-related risks faced by sharing services; Thirdly, put the theoretical analysis withpractice together, according to the financial-tax risks that enterprises faced in theimplementation of financial sharing process.Put forward ways and countermeasuresfor optimization,in order to reduce the financial-tax risks in the process ofconstructing shared service center.
