Research On Risk Management Of XH Company's Implementation Of Financial Shared Services

Compared with the traditional financial management mode,financial sharing service can effectively improve work efficiency and reduce costs,which is a significant change in the process of modern financial management.However,the implementation of financial sharing service is a complex system project,which requires the integration of financial functions,adjustment of enterprise management mode,upgrading of information system and other changes.Especially in the early stage of financial sharing service construction,the coordination between multiple modules needs to be adjusted constantly.If it can not effectively prevent and control the risks,it will have a negative impact on the development and operation of financial sharing services.This paper takes XH Company as the research object,starting from the risk perspective of implementing financial shared services,based on the concept and relevant theories of Financial Shared Services and risk management,adopts the methods of literature research,investigation and research,case analysis and empirical research,and through the process of risk management,namely,according to the three procedures of risk factor identification,risk assessment and risk control,XH Company is divided into three parts The risks that companies may encounter in implementing financial sharing services are studied.This paper first introduces the general situation of XH Company,and analyzes the implementation background,feasibility analysis and advantages of financial sharing services;secondly,it identifies the risk factors of XH Company's implementation of financial sharing services,and analyzes the consequences caused by relevant risk factors;then it evaluates the identified risks by questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,and obtains the analysis results Finally,according to the analysis results,combined with the literature research and risk control methods of relevant experts and scholars put forward risk contro l countermeasures,I hope to provide some help to XH Company andother similar enterprises in the future when implementing financial sharing services andestablishing financial sharing service center.
