In recent years,the areas had achieved a lot in the development of agricultural industrialization process, andhad accumulated valuable experience. However, there are also some problems hindering grainindustrialization development, such as the financing difficulty of capital, inefficient profitsharing mechanism, leading enterprises with weak driving ability, low product technologycontent, and so on. All the problems seriously restricted the sustainable and healthydevelopment of the region.In order to shoulder the responsibility of the national food security, but also to seize theopportunity to the construct the Central Plains Economic, conscientiously summing up andlearning from the successful experience of grain industrial management at home and abroadand analyzing the actual situation and restrictive factors of area of Central Plains is quitenecessary. This paper tries to put forward some suggestions and ideas to solve the existingproblem and restricting factors.Conclusion: The climate, water, soil resources of Central Plains Economic Area issuitable for food production, and further development of grain industry of Central PlainsEconomic Area should take the following measures: one is to further improve the linking benefit mechanism, including the mechanism of enterprises linking producing base and thefarmers association,and mechanism of enterprise linking producing base, aquacultureassociation and farmers; the other one is to strengthen the government support measures offood industry management, including the establishment of industrialization investmentsupporting system, technology supporting system, technology introduction and promotionsystem, preferential policies to support security system and a full range of platform supportingsystem.
