Measure And Path Selection On Coordinative Development Of Urbanization, Industrialization And Agricultural Modernization In The Central Plains Economic Zone

The Central Plains Economic Zone is the carrier and platform of Henan’s revitalization and the Central Plains’ rising. The masterstroke of constructing the Central Plains Economic Zone is trying to find a scientific development road without the expense of agriculture and food, ecological and environment on coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization. The research on coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization mainly focuses on two aspects:firstly, analysing coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization from the perspective of qualitative point of view and putting forward countermeasure and proposals of implementing coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization; secondly, trying to research on the coordinated development among industrialization, urbanization and agricultural industrialization from the quantitative point of view, while less quantitative analysis on coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization from the quantitative point of view. This paper constructs a system on coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization, makes a research on the validity of coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization from the quantitative perspective and comes up with existing problems and development strategy on coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization in the Central Plains Economic Zone purposefully.The main contents of this paper include defining the coordination degree of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization under the guidance of the coordination theory from the system theory viewpoint; putting forward coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization including coordinated development between each subsystem, that is to say, the three sub system is supplement each other, promoting each other, and realizing the overall maximum effectiveness of the system; the system also includes coordinated development between each subsystem of industrialization, urbanization,and agricultural modernization to achieve the maximum benefit in the existing conditions.The paper constructs an index system on coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization, calculates coordination degree of each subsystem with entropy method mathematical model and calculates coordination degree of coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization drawing lessons from index system about some new-type industrialization, new urbanization and agricultural modernization.Through empirical analysis on coordinative development of urbanization, industrialization and agricultural modernization in the Central Plains Economic Zone with the model, we can make a conclusion that coordinated validity is generally high in Henan province from2005to2010, it is firm with a rise, it maintains at an average level of0.782, only in2007it is in two grades level coordination state or a good coordination state, the other five years are in three grades level coordination state or a moderate harmonious state and existing development mode doesn’t change. substantially.Finally, the paper puts forward those problems that industrial structure is unreasonable, industrial level is low, the overall level of urbanization is low, urban and rural difference is big, the scale management of agriculture is not high, industrial benefit is low and so on. The paper also comes up with the countermeasures that it should construct the system, develop modern agriculture, take the way of new industrialization,constructing new urbanization and culture and so forth.
