In the context of this policy, rural tourism and agri-tourism development rapidly, they become an important way to building a new countryside, promoting agricultural development and making farmers richer. At the same time, the problems are coming. such as, the environment of the community, resources and culture are destruced, tourist enclave becomes serious.In the1970s, Foreign scholars began to study the development of rural tourism.They found its roots in the over-reliance on external forces, i investors take most interests away, and clearly put forward the endogenous development model is the solution to these a good model of the problem.In this context, author sorts out the endogenous development research situation content of agricultural tourism from impact and mode. In theory, the author gets a conclusion that the endogenous development model is conducive to the sustainable development of rural and the depth development of the agricultural tourism. Based on the further stakeholder theory and social exchange theory, the author selects Ding Village case, Jurong City, Jiangsu Province, to explore the the endogenous development mode in the agri-tourism. I found that the small Village endogenous development model is the mode to promoting tourism development based on technology and business, agriculture from conclusions of research. Thanks to this mode, Ding Village grows prosperity, the villagers’ living standards rises up. But in general, the development of agri-tourism of Ding Village case is still in its infancy.There are still a lot of inadequacies in its endogenous development model. In this connection, I will be in accordance with the relevant theory about the small village agricultural tourism endogenous development.
