A Study On The Coordination Mechanism Of Rural Tourism Development From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

The development of rural tourism is an important breakthrough to realize the revitalization of rural areas.Rural Tourism,as a new form of integration of Rural Resources and tourism industry,is conducive to the integration of elements of agricultural resources,the most effective way to solve the new contradiction and new "three rural issues" is to strengthen the rural collective economy and promote the continuous increase of farmers’ income.The study on the benefit coordination mechanism of Rural Tourism Development helps to alleviate the conflicts among stakeholders and is the key to the sustainable development of rural tourism destinations.In view of the fact that the development of rural tourism involves many stakeholders,this paper attempts to define the concept of rural tourism and stakeholders based on the collection of relevant literature at home and abroad,taking Xihe village in Yong’an as an example,by using the methods of Literature Review,case study,field investigation and interview,this paper gives a detailed introduction to the current situation and problems of rural tourism development in Xiahe village,the results show that the rural tourism in Xiahe village is characterized by the diversity of tourism resources,the superiority of transportation location and the strength of policy support At present,there are some problems in the development,such as the imbalance of the structure of tourismproducts,the mismatch between supply and demand,the unequal distribution of interests and the impact of the epidemic situation of new pneumonia,through the method of questionnaire and data statistical analysis,this paper analyzes the interest demands and conflicts of the stakeholders involved in the rural tourism development in Xiahe village,the results show that the main stakeholders in rural tourism development in Xiahe village are tourism enterprises,foreign tourists,local government and local residents,among them,the main interests of tourism enterprises are seeking the maximization of economic benefits,while the foreign tourists are seeking the high-quality rural experience with high price,the local government has dual demands of social and economic benefits,and the local residents are seeking the overall improvement of the quality of life Finally,in the light of the causes of conflicts among major stakeholders,and in accordance with the principles of equal participation,information transparency,balance of interests and sustainable development,in order to contribute to the sustainable development of rural tourism in Xiahe village,the coordination mechanism of rural tourism interests is constructed from four aspects:Tourism Enterprises,local residents,foreign tourists and local government.
