In recent years, more and more alliance members pay attention to information sharing, and they also deeply deem that it is the critical factor to success in supplying chain alliance. Information sharing bring interests, but also bring a lot of concerns about the high cost, the unfair distribution and the disclosure of confidential information,etc.At present, alliance member could not make objective and accurate evaluation to information sharing level for lacking of reliable and effective evaluation model,more rare research from specific industry.Now, supply chain alliance is the necessary way for China’s large supermarket industry to resist the impact of foreign supermarket, and it is the critical factor to success in supplying chain alliance, so the supply chain alliance information sharing of supermarket is this paper’s research object. First, based on large reading and sorting on pervious relevant literature about information sharing, we present a evaluation framework including perception-resources-relationship-specific. Then, we establish a set of specific evaluation system initially of information sharing level about the supply chain alliance of large supermarket from ten aspects, such as feeling interests, feeling risk and so on. In addition, by questionnaire investigation, SPSS software data analysis, we revise the evaluation index system and establish a set of specific evaluation system finally from nine aspects, twenty-five indexes.According to the final evaluation index system, this paper endows every index weight by using AHP and Matlab software, and conducts a evaluation on Beijing Hualian Supermarket by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Last, on the basis of evaluation results, we give specific advice to improve the value of the supply chain and hope the research results will be factual value.
