Study On Forming Mechanism Of Supply Chain Alliance Based On Value Sharing

This paper is for the purpose of studying the forming and developing mechanism of supply chain alliance. In theory, this paper uses both qualitative and quantitative method to find the keeping mechanism of supply chain alliance, and at last excavates the deep factor to keep the supply chain alliance with game theory from the view of benefit assignment.Following the route of supply chain alliance developing process, firstly, this paper explains why the formation of supply chain alliance can become the new research point, and elaborates every reason that brought on the supply chain alliance. Secondly, this paper studies the benefit assignment mechanism in supply chain alliance: As we known, supply chain alliance can increase the income for all participators, and achieve so-called "win-win" situation, so how to distribute this benefit rationally become an important question in supply chain alliance. This paper worked out an optimal contract of benefit assignment in supply chain alliance. While under the assignment contract decided, this paper tells that it surely will cause the problem of opportunism.It is a dynamic process when a supply chain alliance develops, after the contract of combining an alliance has established, and it will form a gaming relationship, concerned with participators how to act, and how this action influence other members and up to the alliance whole. Therefore, with game theory, the paper studies this dynamic relation, as well as what kind of action will be adopted by the members in supply chain alliance. According to different gaming characters, the forming process of supply chain alliance was divided into two periods in this paper, that were the seeking alliance period and the keeping alliance period. Furthermore, considered the factor of power balance, keeping alliance period was discussed in two extreme situations: when the members are balanced in power and when they have an obvious disparity in strength. Because the characters of each benefit assignment are different, and the stability of each alliance is not the same, this paper draws a conclusion that, in the first situation when they are balanced in power, the simple use of"grim strategy"cannot ensure a long-term stability of the alliance; while the alliance with a great difference in power has a natural stability.
