The Innovation Research On Working Capital Management Based On The Supply Chain Alliance

At present, the enterprises pay more and more attention to establish strategicalliance. In order to make better use of the internal and external resources and toachieve win-win, the enterprise should collaborate and integrate information. As animportant enterprise management activities, working capital management shouldmesh with supply chain alliance theory.Enterprises should set up the supply chainalliance to promote working capital management performance. This thesis analyzesworking capital management from the perspective of supply chain alliance, in order topromote the innovation and development of working capital management theory.This thesis starts from the construction of supply chain alliance, and study fromview of the impacts of supply chain alliance on working capital management. First ofall, this thesis analyzes the basic theory and establishes the research perspective, andthen the core content of this paper is to the next, which includes concept innovation,the influential mechanism and the innovation modes of working capital management.Concept innovation of working capital management is the premise of deep analysis ofthe influential mechanism and the foundation of the innovation modes of workingcapital management. The innovative concept includes constructing supply chainalliance, taking BPR as the focus of management, paying attention to buildinginformation sharing mechanism and making use of advanced technology. However, itis needed to analyze the impacts of supply chain alliance on working capitalmanagement deeply. Information sharing can reduce the amount of working capital byreducing uncertainty and shorten turnover time of working capital by theparallelization of business process. Resource sharing can reduce the amount ofworking capital by sharing safety stock and shorten turnover time of working capitalby business process improvement. Credit enhancement can enhance credibility of thealliance to the same level. Bringing bank into full play in fund distribution canenhance working capital financing ability, reduce working capital financing costs andgenerate working capital multiplier effect. In order to fully reflect practicalsignificance of the working capital management research, this thesis designs themodes of working capital management based on supply chain alliance. Themanagement modes include the mode based on supplier alliance, customer allianceand bank-enterprise alliance. This thesis analyzes the key point of management, operation process and expected benefits of every mode. In the conclusion part, theabove research is summarized and the next research direction of working capitalmanagement is presented.This thesis breaks through traditional concept of supply chain alliance, and makessystematic and further analysis about working capital management based on supplychain alliance. It develops and improves the theory of working capital management.The innovative modes of working capital management based on supply chain alliancehave certain practical significance.
