Research On Information Sharing In Supply Chain Management

Supply Chain Management(SCM) is the result of the modem logistics'developing. With the high developing of the information industry, this new-style enterprises'relationship management is being carried out step by step. With this new-style system of management, enterprises can implement the management and control beyond the limit of its purview around the whole supply chain, and greatly improve the efficiency of the whole supply chain by cooperation. The idea that enterprises'management extend is based on two foundations: information sharing and operational specialization. What the article researches into is information sharing, one of the two base of SCM.The article focus on these aspects of the matter: the important of information sharing in SCM, the model of information sharing, the platform of information sharing, how to get the information, information standardization, and the sort and level of information sharing.In the beginning of the article, the author discusses the important and now condition of information sharing in SCM. Then with analyzed the characteristic and the need of information sharing, he makes the model of information sharing and brings forward the framework of information sharing between enterprises. And then, he goes deep into the problems that brought on in the process of practicing information sharing, compares the existing methods to solve those problems, discovers the shortage of those methods and brings forward the author's own solvent. Lastly, he sums up the solvent, and gives a demonstration to realize the information sharing between the enterprises on the supply chain by using the foregoing model.This article may be the reference of realizing the information sharing in SCM, and it has some meaning of direction.
