| The thesis firstly analyzes the difficult financing situation in the small-medium sized enterprises (SME) in China, and then conducts a deep research on finance services of SEM. Finally, the thesis proposes the financing model based on the supply chain strategic alliance in connection with the concepts of supplying chain, strategic chain and information sharing.At present, the researches on the financing difficulties in the Chinese SME mainly focus on developing the financing support system, accelerating the construction of credit guarantee system, setting up the small-medium sized financial institutions, etc. However, these traditional financing models cannot radically solve the problem which SME are facing. Although the financing model based on the logistics finance has been proposed so far and also has been carried out in some banks and enterprises, but these models can't solve the information unsymmetry. The model needs to be further developed.The thesis points out the main reasons causing the financing difficulties in SME in China is the information unsymmetry among banks and enterprises and the weak strength and credit situation of SME. Then, the thesis analyses the relationship among supply chain, strategic alliance and information sharing. It points out the effective solution to solve the information unsymmetry and the credit management of corporation is that SEM join in the supply chain strategic alliance including the core supply chain enterprises, SME, and the logistics enterprises, based on which the information sharing platform will be constructed. Chapter four mainly introduce the financing model based on the supply chain strategic alliance, analyzing the critical factors in the process of information sharing and some solutions. The thesis also analyzes a example by means of the financing model proposed by the article, and discusses the application of the model in the future.Based on the theoretical research and sample analysis, the thesis draws a conclusion that: at present, the development of information sharing based on the supply chain strategic alliance will probably provide another effective way to solve the financing difficulties in Chinese SME. |
