Supply Chain Alliance Revenue Sharing Contract Under Asymmetric Information Is Studied

Increasingly intense global competition and rapidly changing market demands as globalization has make a single enterprise be difficult to cope with various challenges by their ability to rely solely on their own has been, which requires close cooperation with members of the supply chain, form an overall competitive advantage. Supply chain alliance achieves the supply chain the ability of complementary businesses of partners, can more quickly respond to market efficiently and effectively reduce inventory, lower operating costs and spread risk, and therefore favored by the public. However, the practice of supply chain alliance was unsatisfactory, in which members of the alliance of instability caused by the distribution of benefits is an important reason. Therefore, coordinating the behavior of the supply chain alliance members, the achievement of the members of the "win-win" is the key to improve the supply chain competitive advantage.Revenue sharing contract is to achieve supply chain coordination and to achieve the best overall effective means of alliances, widely used in supply chain coordination of research in recent years. Currently based on revenue sharing contract of supply chain alliance is assumed that the supply chain members are mostly information (such as demand information, cost information, etc.) to share, but the reality of asymmetric information between all parties is widespread. Moral hazard caused by asymmetric information led to the decline in overall performance, and reduced the overall competitive advantage of the supply chain alliance.In this paper, supply chain alliance includes one supplier and one retailer, we use revenue-sharing contract, take into account the residual value of stock losses and income situation, study the coordination of supply chain alliance members under the supply chain alliance vendor’ cost information is asymmetric, and discuss the set of parameters and the income distribution,The results show that asymmetric information will lead to the deviation of the whole alliance earnings, each member earnings and contract parameters, by discussing contract parameters with revenue sharing contract to asymmetric information and optimized the parameters, it maximized the alliance’s revenue and achieved the coordination of the alliance. Then an example of the analysis proved the conclusion.For the drawbacks of asymmetric information, this article uses the economic and effective monitoring mechanisms and other aspects to improve supply chain information among alliance members and reduce the impact of information asymmetry.
