Application Research Of Human Resource Niche Model In Financial Enterprises

In the context of high dynamic knowledge-based economy, Human resource management will become the core of enterprise management, the key of which is the establishment and running of cooperative and competitive mechanisms with vigor and vitality. If China’s financial enterprises are to survive and develop in this highly competitive environment, attention should be paid to the human resources management of the enterprises and appropriate human resource management mechanism should be established for the development of enterprise. In recent years, ecological ideas are gradually introduced into enterprise human resource management. On the basis of niche theory elaboration, this paper introduces the application of niche theory with aspects to human resources management, analyzes the status quo and problems of China’s financial enterprise human resource and necessity of application of niche theory, trying to solve the current problems by constructing suitable domestic financial enterprise human resource management niche models. Also, the author creates Bank A as a model to test the feasibility.This paper expects to provide significant advice for finical enterprises human resource management aiming to promote the common development of enterprises and employees and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
