The development of the Chinese home-owned automotive brands has entered a golden era and many new projects have been launched in domestic automobile OEMs since China joined the WTO.However,many problems in the project management,especially in human resources management have emerged due to the limits of enterprise environment,management ideas,R&D capability and technology accumulation.The key for the OEMs to win in the increasingly competitive red sea market lies not only in product itself,but many factors and capabilities throughout the development processes,and the most important of which,the talents.The human resources management in project management is vital to the success of project management and the result can be seen in the final products,making the research on the human resources management a very meaningful one.The paper is focused on the research of the content and features of project human resources management after a summary on the previous research achievements and the modern project management and human resources management theories are utilized in the paper.Based on the writer's involvement and understanding of the project management activities and the BA company,all relevant factors are considered for the introduction and analyzation of the problems in the human resources management from the perspectives of management ideas,strategic guides,functions and responsibility settings,human resources allocation and KPI.The methods of interviews,benchmarking analysis,qualitative research and brainstorming are used in the paper,and a series of specific solutions are provided.The paper can be divided into five parts:The first chapter introduces the background,significance,structures and ideas of the research.The second chapter is focused on the summary of the previous researches of the theories concerning project management,human resources management,especially the human resources management in project management,which is the theoretical foundation of the research.Chapter three is mainly about introduction and analyzation of the BA companyand its problems in project human resources management.In chapter four,specific solutions are provided to the problems listed in chapter three.A summary is given and suggestions are provided for the improvement in human resources management in chapter five.With the introduction and analysis of relevant theories,a series of suggestions are offered as follows to the BA company: to establish the project-oriented human resources management idea,to have a clearer role-setting for the project management personals and strengthen their functions,to establish the project human resources planning system,and to set up the project-oriented KPI system.All these measures would be helpful in the improvement of BA's project human resources management.The further implementation of these measures in BA's project human resources management is expected,during which the effects would be evaluated,and provide a reference to other domestic companies and the further research of the relevant issues.
