Logistics industry has made great contribution for the development of China’s industry and GDP, with the development of economic globalization speeding up, the logistics industry has been rapid development. In order to ensure the enterprise product can quickly reach the hands of customers, the large requirements of enterprise logistics. But some enterprises the advantage is not in the field of logistics management, such as the need to have more logistics management professional logistics team to enterprise products, the third party logistics emerge as the times require.The paper presents the source and the importance and the thinking of the research in the first chapter; then I introduce some theories, marketing theory and strategy theory.in the third chapter, I have described the situation including the introduction and the marketing, then I analyze the environment including the policies and the economy and the logistics company, in the last I study the resources including human resource and the finance and the capacity of marketing; in the fourth chapter, I establish the matrix of STP, through the analysis of marketing target and marketing thoughts, I get the marketing strategy. In the last chapter, I give the company some advises, development of information, enterprise culture and system for encouraging and execution, in order to carry out the strategy smoothly. This paper hopes to DA company’s product sales, marketing methods and channels, described in marketing management process of the marketing characteristics, problems and disadvantages of sales management, and proposes the corresponding solution, put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of third party logistics enterprises of foreign capital.
