The concept of medical equipment management system is a new industry which has been proposed by our company. It is a new industry which is also in the process of "feeling the stones". Through several years'development and the rise of domestic enterprises, the industry has brought about the competition.Firstly this paper describes the status of medical equipment management system, product advantage, industry status, the main situation of competitors, and the risk of the product and its countermeasures. The main problems are analyzed. Finally, according to the practical situation, this paper summarizes a set of practical marketing strategy and marketing strategy.
