Reconstruction Of Appraisal System Of Gansu Province Rural Credit Cooperatives Performance

Seven years have passed since the establishment of the credit union of Gansu province. In the past seven years, Gansu province credit union performed the following functions for the province’s rural credit cooperatives:management,guidance, coordination and service. It promoted the province’s rural credit cooperatives to realize the sustainable and coordinating development coordination. With the scale expansion of the scale of credit union, the management level of Gansu credit union should be improved, especially the performance appraisal system of credit cooperatives. As an important part of control system, the performance appraisal system of credit cooperatives urgently needs to match with the current situation. On the basis of continuously exploring, Gansu province credit union established the evaluation system of the pricing in2009.But the pricing system itself has high subjectivity, and in the process of running it also appeared a lot of short-term behavior, which is against all rural credit cooperatives’ long-term development. Based on the centesimal system, this paper puts forward a new set of performance appraisal system. This paper not only emphasizes the asset quality, management efficiency and the evaluation of sustainable development, but also perfects the constraint and incentive system, hoping to achieve a good effect in practice.
