After the global crisis,all state-owned enterprises,the SASAC of the State Council Regulation began to carry out its economic value added since January 1,2010(EVA)examination,Gansu Hualu Aluminum Co.Ltd.in Aluminium Corp assessment covers the contents of the EVA.But at present the company’s EVA examination accounted for relatively small,realistic problems existing in the assessment of in-depth analysis on the company performance,were used to construct the EVA performance appraisal system,from the aspects of performance appraisal,performance appraisal principles,performance appraisal system,performance appraisal method,using EVA as the core indicators of performance evaluation index system,while nonfinancial evaluation,to guide the company to improve operational performance.
