Process Optimization Of Software Development For Gansu Rural Credit Union

By the continuous development of IT technology, the technologies of software development keep changing. The become complexity and quantity of software product keep increasing very fast. Customer requirements for the software product has become more and more strict. The implementation issues of software development project are also increasing prominent. How to deal with the increasingly complex needs of the business and enterprise development strategy. How to premise and guarantee the software quality, and how to control the cost at the same time. These problems have become the most important problems that should be resolved on industry, especially on the financial industry. According to the current situation of Gansu province rural credit union’s project process, through the research on how to establish effective software development project process system, in the premise of not subvert the existing project management system.First in this paper, the problems and issues of software development project progress have been found by survey and interview. Meanwhile, the related project management methods and systems introduction provided the foundation to resolve these problems and issues. Then by using these methods and systems, evaluation of Gansu province rural credit union’s project management level have been executed, and primary cause of problems and issues have been analyzed. Based on the evaluation and analysis, the optimization plan of software development project process has been established. The optimized process is not just one institutions, but a whole processes system, including overall structure design, project management process optimization, demand management process optimization, software development management process optimization, testing management process optimization, and version management process optimization. By using this optimized management process which designed from top to down, from local to the whole, from the management activities to the professional activities, all the demand and requirement for the process will be workable. At last, the estimation criteria and system for the optimized management process system have been established to ensure the implementation of the project processes system.In this paper, the advanced international project processes system have been implemented, based on current project management procedures and customized requirement of Gansu province rural credit union. The project processes system have been established to not only satisfy the industry criteria and supervise requirements, but also could direct the software project in the future.
