The Appraisal Target System And Types Division Of Society Forestry Project In Gansu Province

The target system and type division are one of social forestry research contents. The appraisal target system of social forestry project was established for simplification research difficulty, enhances the research pointed and the conclusion validity because the space span of studies region is big and nature, economy, social condition is complex and the forest social function is diverse. Taking Gansu Province's county territories as the basic unit, the basic conditions of society forestry engineering construction were analyzed as the basis of concrete policy-making analysis and the implementation research.The county territory basic unit of different forest resources structure and forestry development direction are belongs to the different region social forestry project type. Scientifically appraises between various counties territory the social forestry project type, it may provides the scientific basis for the reasonable layout of social forestry project space and the classified instruction forestry production and the sustainable development plan of district implementation forestry.With the investigation on the target of the natural resource, social economy and the forest resources about the area of the social forestry project of 87 counties in Gansu Province, the appraisal target system of Gansu Province Social Forestry project was established by using all kinds of methods. The classification to 87 counties (city, area) was divided by using SPSS Statistical Analysis software, adopting method of factor analysis and Cluster analysis. Main results are as follows:Ⅰ.Through analysis the firsthand information, 21 targets as the main basis of the present situation and the type division of Gansu Province social forestry project system were selected according to the target selection principle,Namely:i)Natural resource appraisal target: Yearly average temperature (℃), year rainfall (mm), year sunlight hours(h), year accumulation temperature (>= 10℃);ii)Social economy appraisal target: average per person Gross National Product (Yuan), farmer average per person net income (Yuan), composite index, the proportion of forestry output value account for the total agricultural output value (%), the proportion of agricultural population accounts for the total population (%), the proportion of farming and forestry herd fishing labor force accounts for the total labor force (%),cultivated area (hm2); iii)Forestry resources appraisal target: The area of average per person forestry (hm2), the forest land proportion (%),the shrubbery forest land proportion (%),the proportion of the farmland forest belts and around trees (%), the average per person planted forest area (hm2), average per person forest cumulation (m3), the ratio of forest bestrow (%),the economic forest proportion (%), the protective forest proportion (%),the timber forest proportion (%).Ⅱ.12 leader factors of the natural resource, social economy and the forestry resources were analyzed by using hierarchical cluster. The concrete method is the nearest neighbor. The measure value is the Pearson correlation. According to the cluster system Dendrogram, 87 counties of Gansu Province were divided into five type areas.Ⅲ. Five types area were evaluated comprehensively in light of the natural resource, social economy and the forest resources.ⅣAccording to the result of comprehensive evaluation,the development direction of social forestry about five type areas were put forward.
