Constraint-based Energy Study Of Industrial Development In Rural Wenzhou

In modern society, the great progress of industrial development have to rely onenergy. Energy usually plays a very important role in social progress and economicprosperity. It also can help the economic development of our country as soon aspossible to achieve strategic objectives, and rapidly develop into a comprehensivewell-off society. In the national economy, industry is fundamental to the survival ofthe industries. However, industrial development will inevitably lead to a large amountof energy consumption. Wenzhou had formed a unique model of economicdevelopment since the reform and opening up that exerted their own advantages towalk in front of the country’s economic development.Since entering the21st century,however, due to the country’s macroeconomic controls and Wenzhou’s own conditions,Wenzhou’s economy present slowing GDP rising trend. Under the condition ofsustainable utilization of resources, how to maintain state of wenzhou’s economicgrowth, strengthen the wenzhou economic benefits in the future, has become animportant subject in the development of wenzhou.In this paper, Wenzhou as an example to study the energy constraints of ruralindustrial development, first of all, domestic and international energy constraints,rural industry relevant research surveyed in detail；followed by the rural industry,energy constraints concepts and basic theory are discussed； then analyzes the SouthKorea, Japan, Germany and the Pearl River Delta, Suzhou, Baoding ease the energyconstraint experience and inspiration； On this basis, the development of ruralindustries in Wenzhou status quo, existing problems and causes were analyzed,while the Wenzhou area Rural Industrial Development favorable and unfavorablefactors were studied； Finally, the energy constraints of rural industrial developmentin Wenzhou countermeasures are given through their own proposals.This study aims to relevant departments, enterprises and residents to improvethe understanding of energy constraints to create energy-saving, environmentalprotection and social development atmosphere. On the one hand, the growth of government through the concept of changing the government to carry out industrialrestructuring, the development of tertiary industry, to advance Wenzhou, healthy andsustainable development of rural industry； on the other hand, changes in businessenterprises through innovative ideas, and take the road of independent innovation,and actively introduction of innovative talents, focus on brand creation, to enhancethe competitiveness of enterprises.
