Study On Energy Conservation And Emission Reduction Of Township Enterprises In Wenzhou

Since the third plenary session of the eleventh central committee of the party,reform and opening up has made Chinese economy achieve a remarkableachievement and turned the world upside down in rural areas. As one of China’s first14coastal developed cities，One of the first13rural reform pilot areas and One ofthe national comprehensive reform pilot cities, Wenzhou has walked out of a newway of distinctive rural economic and social development because of thedevelopment of township enterprises, which has formed impressive pattern ofWenzhou economy and made Wenzhou Mode become national model.However, in the course of construction of socialistic new rural, the quickdevelopment of township enterprises has put huge pressure on rural ecologicalenvironment and has an important impact on the construction of rural social businessand the improvement of production and living quality of rural population. Facingincreasingly intensified restraint of resource environment, township enterprises inWenzhou have come to a crossroads. How to play the advantages of private capitalof township enterprises in Wenzhou and the spiritual superiority of Wenzhou people,adjust the industrial structure of Wenzhou, innovate system and coordinate socialdevelopment constantly, inherit, innovate and improve the pattern of economicdevelopment in Wenzhou, walk out of a new industrialization way of low energyconsumption, low emission, high efficiency and high productivity through energyconservation and emission reduction, is an important program for national townshipenterprises, and also the inevitable demand of China’s sustainable development andclimate change.This paper takes the township enterprises in Wenzhou as the research objects,finds out the existing problems and restricting factors through the investigation ofthe present situation of energy saving and emission reduction of township enterprisesin Wenzhou City, and finally on how to protect rural ecological environment and implement sustainable development, puts forward countermeasures to the work ofenergy conservation and emission reduction of township enterprises in Wenzhou City.Among them, the first chapter is the introduction, briefly describes the researchbackground, research significance, research ideas and methods; The second chaptermainly introduces the relative concept and theory of energy conservation andemission reduction of township enterprises; The third chapter focuses on the presentdevelopment situation and the feature of emission reduction of township enterprisesin Wenzhou area. The fourth chapter analyzes the existing problems and restrictingfactors of energy conservation and emission reduction of township enterprises inWenzhou area.
