Research On The Factor Constraints And Breakthrough Paths Of Private Enterprise Development In Township Economy

In recent years,China has made efforts to build townships into regional centers that serve farmers,create township central industrial clusters,and promote industrial agglomeration through the connection of townships,thereby achieving the development of township economy.As the main body of the town economy,it is particularly important for private enterprises to develop well in the town economy.However,the development level of private enterprises in the township economy is not high,and with the changes in rural factor supply conditions,the survival environment of these private enterprises has also changed,which may face difficulties such as insufficient land use for enterprises,reduced labor volume,and insufficient funds.In recent years,China has made efforts to build townships into regional centers that serve farmers,create township central industrial clusters,and promote industrial agglomeration through the connection of townships,thereby achieving the development of township economy.As the main body of the town economy,it is particularly important for private enterprises to develop well in the town economy.The main issues addressed in this study include:(1)What changes have occurred in the supply conditions of the elements required by private enterprises in the township economy in the context of the township?(2)What are the key constraints faced by the development of private enterprises in the town economy?(3)How can private enterprises break through factor constraints in town economy? What is the implementation path for breaking through factor constraints?he following conclusions are drawn in this article:(1)This article believes that private enterprises in the township economy are the driving force for the integration of rural industries,which can not only generate new elements but also derive new formats,thereby promoting the integration of rural industries;At the same time,it is also an absorber of rural labor,providing more job positions in rural areas that are suitable for farmers.(2)This study found that the allocation of land resources is biased towards cities,with gradually decreasing arable land and increasing fragmentation of construction land.The total population and labor force in rural areas are gradually decreasing,aging is severe,rural labor force is flowing out,rural capital is flowing out,and it is difficult for funds to go to rural areas.The rural science and technology service system is gradually loosening,agricultural technology is going to rural areas,and digital technology is going to rural areas.These factors are changing in supply.(3)This study constructs a theoretical model through the C-D extended model and conducts empirical research.The results show that the development of private enterprises in the town economy is constrained by land factors,labor factors,financial factors,and technological factors.Among these factors,private enterprises are most severely constrained by land factors,followed by technological and financial factors,and least constrained by labor factors.(4)To break through these constraints,this article has found a practical and feasible path: using advantageous factors to replace inferior ones.For example,when the input of land elements is insufficient,it is possible to increase the input of other abundant elements to alleviate the pressure on land elements.In response to the above conclusions,the local government should actively activate rural land resources,establish a talent "return" incentive mechanism,and establish town shared parks to form enterprise industrial clusters,providing more resources for the development of private enterprises in the town economy;For private enterprises themselves,they should use digital technology to empower them and achieve modernization;Enhance pioneering innovation capabilities,promote product upgrading,and further strengthen the development of private enterprises in the town economy.
