As the expansion and depth of China’s open and innovation, the competition is becoming more and more severe. The modern enterprise management theory has proved that they not only need to rely on the operation of financial capital, but also have to operate human resource to obtain the intelligent capital, to create new capital to promote the competition ability. In the recent decade, the knowledge economy began to develop, the HR has taken to the enterprise conducting affections, it’s the real most important resource. Undoable, as the most important factor of FIVE basic function of the enterprise management that are planning, enterprise, human resource, leadership and control, HR is the support to the core enterprise strategy. HR has became from the pure human management to HR professional functional management, and finally to strategic HR management in China.The purpose of this essay is to prove the support function of strategic HR management to "value create" and payoff ability is prominent. The more important purpose is that this essay wants to get rid of engaging in idle theorizing, instead, it wants to the support function said above is doable.In the other hand, the enterprise needs to contain different kinds of factors, such as research ability, sales ability, producing, financial management ability and so on. But finally all of the factors need to be done by HR. So HR is very important in the strategy realizing process. The logic is as follows:the enterprise core strategy-HR strategy-the detailed HR methods-training the professional employees-fulfilling the employees-promote the job’s quality-fulfilling the customers-supporting the enterprise core strategy. This essay tries to improve some valuable reference for HR revolution through verifying the logic using Sichuan Airlines as an example.
