Organizational Commitment (OC) is a very important conception in organizational Behavior and human resource management, and it has such a great influence on the employee's attitude, behaviors and performance that it has become one of the most important study issues in human resource management and organizational behavior. Perceived Organizational Support (POS) means that employees develop globe beliefs concerning the extent to which the organizations values their contributions and cares about their well-being. They used POS to express the employees'perception of "organization's commitment to them".Nowadays,many esearchers have focus on the POS with employees and organization relationship study.Organizational support theory thinks that Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) reflects the degree of the organization's support and concern. Higher POS can improve the emotional dependency of staff to their organizations, makes employees actively accomplish the organization's objectives. However the literature is bare which makes the SHRM as a basis point to study employees' organizational commitment at home and abroad. There are few literatures which based on core employees to study the relationship between SHRM and OC.High-tech enterprise is human capital intensive and knowledge-intensive enterprise, human resource is the decisive resources for it, the value of human resource directly decides the enterprise profit good or bad. To keep the core employees Who have high scarcity and flowability is especially important for High-tech enterprise. Therefore this paper selects China high-tech enterprise's core employees as the research object.By researching the high-tech enterprise core employee management, and perceived organizational support and organizational commitment current situation, the paper analyses and discusses the influence of the enterprise's core employee management to organizational commitment, validates that the perceived organizational support plays part intermediary role between the high-tech enterprise core employee management and organizational commitment, and proposes advice for high-tech enterprise to manage core employees.On the basis of former related research literature, this study selected representative 188 core employees as sample from China high-tech enterprises, using the method of questionnaire to collect the data. After statistical analysis by using the one-way ANOVA test, linear regression and Pearson correlation analysis, this study gets the following conclusions:1. With different variables of demographics, the high-tech enterprises core employees are strikingly different in perceived organizational support and organizational commitment.2. Every dimension of the high-tech enterprises core employees management and organizational commitment have the relation of positive correlation,but the degrees of correlation are different.3. The dimensions of the high-tech enterprises core employees management can be used as indicators to organizational commitment.4. The two dimensions of perceived organizational support——work support and care employees benefits, play part intermediary role between the high-tech enterprise core employee management and organizational commitment.
