With the constant and rapid development of the national economy,people have gradually started the craze for fitness after satisfying the basic needs of their daily life.Sports and fitness have become the basic needs of the general public.Stimulated by this market demand,sports equipment industry has become a sunrise industry.H Sports Equipment Co.,Ltd.is a private enterprise founded in 2010 focusing on sports trampoline and trampoline peripheral products.H Sports Equipment Co.,Ltd.as the research object in this paper,the integrated use of economics,business management theory and methods,the systematic analysis of the status quo of global economic development and the development of domestic sports equipment manufacturing industry status quo and competition based on the use of strategic management theory,Competitive advantage theory and classic SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats existing in H Sports Equipment Co.,Ltd.,and concludes that although there is a big advantage in management team and product quality,There are also disadvantages such as independent research and development and insufficient technological innovation.Through a detailed analysis of the macro-environment and industry environment in the sports equipment manufacturing industry and a detailed analysis of the internal resource capabilities of H Sports Equipment Co.,Ltd.,a practical and specialized strategy for the company has been formulated both from a global perspective and from a strategic perspective.In order to ensure the smooth realization of the strategic objectives,this article also provides a complete strategic control program,making H Sports Equipment Co.,Ltd.can continue to strengthen technological innovation,access to long-lasting competitive advantage,and ultimately become the leader in the domestic sports equipment manufacturing industry.
