With the transparence of global information and the development of China marketingrevolution at present, we are not only aware of the traditional standard production mode of"one-to-many" gradually transfer to the "one-to-one" customized mode, also finding theeffective supply chain management had become the hot focus of global competition andacademic study. The supply chain management involves four aspects: Supply, Demand,Production Planning, Logistics, Production plan is the core of supply chain management,However,the current study of the production plan is not enough and deepen.S company is a World Fortune Five Hundred Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises,Production specification cover wide range per small batch lot size and others. In the fiercecompetition of the world environment, S company’s demand increased rapidly, so theyencounter a series of problems as the development of their operation management. Basedon the analysis of S company’s existing production data, forecast data, inventory status,material data, we want to find one solution to their operation management.we propose fixthe "window" mode based on fixing the production plan to optimize supply chainmanagement and give a solution to a wide range of products made, inventory pressure,forecast frequently changes the company face to. We expect this method to decrease theoperation chaos and huge operation cost as well.This thesis will analyze from the supply chain four aspects separately, discuss how tobased on fixing the production plan to optimize the supply chain management,correlatively how to fix the demand plan, delivery plan, capacity plan and material plan tosolve the company’s challenging business activities, such as forecast not accuracy, chaos ofoperation and cost increase.This solution will enrich the production plan lever of enterprise and improve ordercorresponding velocity, to avoid unnecessary waste of operation, make the enterprise morecompetitive, At the same time, with capacity control and inventory control moreeffective,make the operation structure more reasonable.Because this method is on the process of carrying out,we expect to solve the S company’s existing problem of the operation management, transfer supply orientation todemand orientation,ensure the smoothly coordinate between forecast demand andproduction plan; production plan and work shop production, ultimately implementation ofcompany improvement goals on effective control of the master production plan. Alongwith the development of the enterprise, production plan management will face moreproblems, the supply chain management will continue to meet the needs of enterprisefuture development.
