After2008global financial crisis occurred, although China domestic and international economic started recovering, however, in2011, European debt crisis broke out which made all the domestic companies facing with complicated and volatile market environment and severe competition. In response to those changes of economic environment both at home and abroad, all the companies lay their hope on the application of ERP system. As it will not only help those companies to solve some internal management problems, but optimize management processes, improve office efficiency, reduce operating costs, improve economic efficiency of enterprises, etc.ERP system provides all the enterprises with effective management theories and tools. It’s the key of success how to choose and use appropriate ERP implementation.This article is divided into four parts:At beginning part, the article introduces the study of ERP implementation background and significance of research ideas and methods; describes the theoretical basis, including BPR theory, MRP theory, supply chain management theory; second part, the article sets Foxda company as an case study, and introduces its corporate profile, status of information technology implementation, and detailed description of the main problems on informatization area of the company; the third part, the main topic is to describe the resolution plan on how to solve Foxda company’s problems of ERP system implementation; the fourth part is to focus on the topic of setting up the assessment system which can help the company analyze and evaluate objectively how does the ERP implementation plan bring economic benefits to them, and introduce the Security measures of ERP system implementation.
