In recent years, our country’s economy have rapidly developed. So people’s Livingstandard have promoted greatly. It make the demand for housing increased fleetly. However,The real estate is a highly risk trade which involvemany outer factors. If we can’t control the real estate risk effectively, it can have badlyeffect in our country’s economy and society.The traditional real estate risk research, which concentrate on the risk in the specificprocess of real estate project, or a particular type of real estate risk, is lack of furthersubdivision in the housing project.Therefore, For research the housing project risk batter, This paper combining the statusof foreign and domestic research in this area and the traits of housing project. Research therisk in all process of developing housing project on the model.Using the FAHP which can draw scientific conclusion on the risk assess In the processof the invest-decision and the design-tenders. It can contribute to the the control of housingproject risk. In the construct process and Sale process, this paper research the control of riskthrough the SD.Then, For Checkout the feasibility of the method in this paper, pick upa really housing project for researching. Draw some conclusion and put the expectation inthis study area. Through these research, make the hope that adverse some useful measures indeveloping the housing project. It is valuable for real estate investor to avoid the real estaterisk.
