This paper use project risk management theory on the study of the electric power dispatch construction project of A city’s electric power supply company. The study include the whole process of project risk management—risk identification, risk evaluation, risk response and risk monitoring. In risk identification and evaluation, the combination of qualitative and quantitative mathematical model is established. Then I use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) to determine the content of the border which is difficult to quantify. By this,the existing risk of A municipal electric power dispatching center construction project is easy to be identified and evaluated. Then based on the main measures of risk response, I introduce the risk management measures of the project, and give some advice about how to lower the risk. It will help to reduce the loss of the project, and ensure the smooth realization of the goals.This paper’s research way is from theory to practice. After the introduction of the research background and the research status of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) at china and abroad, firstly, I introduce the project risk management theory. It includes the whole process of project risk management and the mainly used methods or countermeasures. I put emphasis on analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.I introduce the power dispatch construction project of A city’s power supply company, including the object of project and the building company. After analysis, I found the old power supply center cannot meet the demand of the upgrade power system. Besides, the project has a perfect planning, the technology used is high level, the builder has rich experience, so the project is feasibility.This paper use project risk management theory to analysis and control the risk of the power dispatching center construction project of A city’s electricity supply company. The result is scientific. It will help to increase the project builder’s purpose of risk management and their management level. So this paper has a certain theoretical and practical value.
