Research On The Financial Management Of Power Grid Enterprises Based On The ERP Environment

With the deepening of the power system reform and the introduction of marketcompetition mechanism, since the financial intensive management mode implemented inthe State Grid Corporation in2009, the working efficiency has been improved to someextent. However, some new problems has arisen in the internal controls, process runstimeliness and processes running effects, etc. This paper analysis, research and improveenterprise management and control capability from the perspective of financialmanagement and control mechanisms.This paper mainly study financial management and control mechanisms operatingconditions of grid enterprises (company A) under ERP Environment, relying on delicacymanagement, risk management and internal control and ERP management theory,detailed analysis reasons for existing problems of company A’s financial managementand control mechanisms, and also propose targeted, flexible and forward-lookingoptimization and improvement countermeasures.Historical analysis and investigation methods are used in this paper. We payattention to both normative research methods such as logical deduction and inductiveanalysis and empirical methods such as case study.The purpose of this study is researching financial management and controlmechanism under the ERP environment, based on a variety of advanced managementtheory, closely integrated micro actual situation of power grid enterprises managementand macroeconomic environment, in particular the current status of ERP management,seriously discriminate a number of management theory to strengthen financialmanagement and control perspective as the starting point, focusing on learning processmanagement and meticulous management of advanced ideas, so deeply integrated intothe power grid enterprise ERP management of practical work, and ultimately formed ascientific and efficient financial management and control mechanisms, eliminating the"acclimatization" impact, strengthen financial management and control, further improvethe "three streams unified" effect, and then provide a more reliable financial informationfor the grid business decisions, management and analysis.The significance of this study is as follows. Through a summary, carding, inductionand analysis of existing research literature, combined with the characteristics of the ERP environment, then increase the theoretical depth and breadth of process reengineering,process management theory, and delicacy management, established financial-businesscollaboration management mechanism constitute of the functions, processes, standards,performance, system, enhance and protect the financial-business integrationmanagement effectiveness through scientific mechanisms, and rationalize the functions,processes, harmonization of standards, and setting up compliance processes,standardization and refinement of the internal control system, enhance the corecompetitiveness; establishing rights and responsibilities ideology performance incentivemechanism to promote enterprise management into a virtuous cycle track; built in fullcompliance with national laws, regulations and national grid Corporation of the internalcontrol system of rules and regulations, improve the system security system, and thus toenhance power grid construction and operation management results.
