In recent years, with the opening of Chinese product oil market, the competition on product oil market becomes even more competitive, and the selling profit of marketing company on product oil fails. Based on the abroad oil marketing company’s successful experience, it has turned to be a new profit growth point for domestic oil marketing company to break the single business model by achieving the comprehensive service from single oil selling. The non-fuel business for Y Company of Sinopec mainly focuses on convenience store, automobile decoration and fast food. Y Company of Sinopec improves the company’s business profit and competition via offering a delicacy management on non-fuel business, which has been strategic focus under new situation.Y Company of Sinopec shares the characteristics of most domestic oil selling company and is selected as example in this paper; focusing on the further development of the company, a comparatively perfect management scheme on non-fuel delicacy management is made to improve the core competitiveness of non-oil business and to accelerate the profit growth of Y Company of Sinopec. This paper stresses the importance of non-fuel business by combining the non-fuel business state of Y Company. Proceeding from the actual condition of Y Company, the necessity of performing delicacy management on the non-fuel business for Y Company has been put forwards via conducting concrete analysis on the non-fuel business development state of Y Company by using delicacy management. Great practical significance existed on the delicacy management of non-fuel business by formulating a delicacy management, providing suggestions on convenience store layout, merchandise display, ordering goods, acceptance of goods and inventory of goods on non-fuel business, and planning safeguard measures of delicacy management in the end, which has some practical significance for the delicacy management of the whole process of non-fuel business.All in all, delicacy management is the general trend for future business management. The delicacy management study in this paper provides a scientific delicacy management scheme for the non-fuel business of Y Company, which makes company invincible in market by trying hard to control the cost efficiently and promoting the work efficiency.
