Research On Tourism Development In Ethnic Regions Based On The Principal Function Regionalization

With Ethnic minority areas in China region with vast territory and rich resources,for the most part located in the fragile ecological environment area, strategicposition is very important. Due to location, traffic, history, natural ecological factorssuch as restriction, our country’s social and economic development in nationalregions clearly lags behind the national average, uneven regional development, theecological and economic situation has been to the survival environment of the regionand even the whole country and social and economic sustainable developmentconstitutes a serious threat. In the law of the People’s Republic of China nationaleconomic and social development11th five-year plan outline in the strategicplanning of development priority zones is put forward for the first time in our country,this development suitability, resource environmental bearing capacity anddevelopment potential as indicators of development priority zones, causing most ofethnic areas in China are at the limit of development zone and prohibiteddevelopment zone category, as a result, ethnic minority areas in China in the nationaldevelopment planning is a very important and sensitive areas. In this context, how todevelop economy in ethnic minority areas is an urgent need to solve the problem.And the main function of the two type are constrained by natural geographicconditions and ecological environment of resources, it is restricted to the direction ofthe ethnic minority areas economic development model, must take a road of thelow-carbon sustainable development. So, in the case of first and second industry isnothing, as the third industry has development potential and resources advantage ofthe tourism industry has become national regions out of the woods, to realizewell-off society development goal as soon as possible the best industry choice, butalso the important of national strategic policy in ethnic minority areas.In view of this, this article on the basis of theoretical analysis, in order to ethnicminority areas and correlation analysis of development priority zones, analysis of thenecessity of developing tourism in national regions, tourism development in nationalregions of the SWOT analysis, as well as the development priority zones under the perspective of tourism law in national regions strategy analysis, in order to countriesunder the background of principal function zoning patterns of tourism developmentin national regions and the path to make a decision.
