Researches Of Evaluation Index System Of Regional Coordination Based On Main Functional Region Planning

Since China adopted the strategy of sustainable development, how to achievebalanced regional development has always been the subject of research to manyscholars. China’s rapid economic development make people’s living standardscontinue to improve. However, extensive mode of economic development, low levelof industrial structure, resulting in the expansion of the urban-rural income gap andsharp contradictions among the regional economy, resources and environment, whichbrought a lot of obstacles to the sustained and healthy development of China’seconomic. In order to the specify space development and promote balance of regionaldevelopment, China has launched the development strategies of the main functionalregion. According to the characteristics of the development of different regions, basedon capacity of resources and environment, the existing development intensity andpotential of future development government locate the functional regions. This articlebased on that establishes evaluation index system in accordance with the differentfunctional orientation of the region.This paper adopt the scientific development concept, sustainable developmenttheory and the development of economic theory, in reference to theoretical researchand empirical analysis conducted in-depth theoretical and empirical research onevaluation of balance of regional development system. Article first explain scientificconcept of development profoundly, which is source of ideas of the main functionalregion. Combined with my knowledge and understanding of regional economicdevelopment take full account of China’s current development status of regionalcoordination. In accordance with the principle of the necessary, select representedindex systemly, and establish regional coordinated development index system ofeconomic, social, resource and environmental indicators.and then depending on thefunctional position of the main functional select region indicators and measure tweights, combined with the optimized system thinking, respectively, for the optimaldevelopment zones, key development, restricted development zones and theprohibition of development zones to establish indicators system of regiona lharmonization development which can reflect the regional characteristics of the mainfunction. After establishment of a detailed evaluation index system, this paper determinesthe right weight coefficient of index data with membership function dimensionlessand entropy method. And then establish the comprehensive evaluation system ofregion coordination development based on gray relational function. And then evaluatethe different main functional region respectively. Finally, take Zhejiang Province as aaxample, make evaluation system for practical application, and targeted policyrecommendations based on the results of the analysis.
