This paper starts with analyzing the developmentof the network and the mobile network in China overthe last two decades. It decomposes the change of thefinance industry regarding the change of the networkform, the legal background and the domestic policy. Inthis paper, I follow the track of the new marketingstrategy which is based on the network by thefinancial-related corporations. From the perspectiveof the low risk operation, the banking industry hasformed system which enables them to operate safely.Due to the various reasons, the securities industry isstill only able to trade stock on internet. As aresult, the marketing and sale of the securitiesindustry is growing slowing relative to other financeindustry. This paper is focus on the exploration on the E-commerce by the domestic securities corporations.With demonstration, it will be easier to find newmodels to improve the securities e-commerce. The newmodels of the e-commerce on internet will then leadthe finance industry to an even higher level in thefuture. |
