Along with the maturity of Internet technology and the gradual liberalization of Internet financial policy,the Internet finance has undergone rapid development in recent years,therefore accelerating the transformation the entire financial system.Some of the funds has become the pioneer in the Internet finance,and the Securities Companies also need to adapt to the new ear and seek to cooperation with the Internet.It is not only a business needs,but also a necessity that adapt to the new trend.In this circumstance,it is necessary to conduct a research on the Internet operation pattern of Securities Firms for it is of very high value and vast development foreground.After more than ten years of development,the scale of brokerage business of securities companies in China's securities market has made great progress,but at the same time,this field are facing increasingly fierce competition.Due to the rapid development of network economy and the extensive application in high-tech brokerage industry in the in our country,securities traders have obvious advantages over other industries in the developing electronic commerce.But in fact,the expansion of online broker business is far too complex.Therefore,it is of great significance to acquire the basic knowledge concerning online broker business,including its essential connotation and basic characteristics,analyzing the competitive edge of online broker business,thereby putting forward some practical and feasible measures in dealing this problem.In this paper,theoretical analysis and empirical research method of combining,first clear its concepts concerning 4Rs marketing theory,thereby building up the theoretical basis and describing the objectives and means of developing broker business in securities industry.Afterwards,analyze and probe the pattern of online broker business,outlining the problems and disadvantages it remains.In addition,through empirical analysis of the effect of different development pattern of broker business to test the economic value.Finally,according to the study conclusions and combine the characteristics of the Securities industry,make recommendations to the management and development of Securities broker business.
