Under the circumstances of China’s "people-oriented", theeducation pay more and more attention to human nature, more andmore the core of the teaching from teachers to students, andbegin to pay close attention to the elementary school, middleschool, the students’ learning psychology at the university ofrelated issues. At the same time, the21st century is thecentury of globalization, marketization, informationization,is dominate the century of knowledge. In the condition of neweconomy, the social requirement for human resource managementwill be gradually improved. Not only require students to havea solid theoretical foundation knowledge, innovation ability,strong analytical and problem solving skills, and requiresteachers to teaching methods, means and contents constantlyupdate and improve.At present, although the study of learning psychology havecountless, but mostly concentrated in mathematics, Chinese,sports, chemistry, history, etc, in view of the "humanresources management" course of students’ learning psychologyanalysis less. Professor of human resource management focus isto foster students’ self management, planning and enterpriseemployees, so for learning the course of the psychological demands of the students is higher.Analysis in this paper, the application of relevantknowledge of learning psychology, learning psychology ofstudents, inspire the students’ learning motivation, learningattitude, and combined with the characteristics of humanresources disciplines, through their own teaching practice,attempts to explore the students’ learning psychology in therole of human resources program, and found that hinder factorsand driving force, to the students’ learning psychology and thecorresponding teaching method applied to human resources in theteaching, so as to enrich the teaching of human resource theoryconnotation.
