Since the reform and the opening up was made in our country. China’s economicdevelopment has created a “miracle” in the world. Historical data showed that: there isa significant positive correlation between economic growth, urbanization andindustrialization,, we believe that china will be in the urbanization development stagewhich is hitherto unknown before in a fairly long period of time, so the land scale inthe city, the resident population, the labor force which transfer to the employment inthe two or three industry will undergo tremendous changes. But the current citydevelop rapidly in China, that is not normal, the population who has urban residencecertificate is shortage in the city,"half city" and the unfair distribution of benefits isexisting when the city is demolished, the violent demolition and so on, what theland-lost residents’ profit is exploited again is happened, Urbanization should bepeople’ urbanization. City industrial layout, industrial structure, ecologicalenvironment, social environment, the security management and so on are veryimportant., and the same time, compensation for land requisition, demolitionmanagement are the focus of attention, but this paper focuses on the discussion of theproblem of land-losing residents of consumption, taking care of their consumptionstatus. This article is from contemporary western traditional economic theory, includethe absolute income hypothesis, relative income hypothesis, permanent incomehypothesis, life-cycle hypothesis of four kinds of consumption theory, explainingprofound theories by simple language, and a detailed analysis of the history of thedevelopment of Xiangtan city about the current Xiangtan City rang of riverside citydemolition compensation in the pattern of interests. Focusing on the analysis of theland-deprived residents’ phenomenon of consuming blindly and irrationally, from thecollection of documents which we found that most of studies focus on the subsequentof security design, we often care for the formation mechanism of the demolition of theland will acquire compensation price, to explore the causes of violent demolition andland-lost farmers, there are few literatures which analysis in detail blind consumptionbehavior of the land-lost peasants, we analyzed empirically the sample data of the2012Summer Research by DID and fixed effects model and found that: the compensation ofthe land acquisition significantly changed land-deprived residents’ and residents‘consumption idea and behavior in the Xiang water valley, rising consumption level ofland-lost farmers by the exact quantity measure, which due to land acquisition demolition annual increase by31.6%. so, It is necessary to focus on consumptionbehavior of land-losing residents after they are rich overnight, there also is veryimportant social significance, the phenomenon about the unreasonable demolitionregime and land requisition compensation system which distorts the consumption ofland-lost residents triggered a series of negative social influence. if land-lost residentsallocate unreasonably intertemporally the resources of the land requisitioncompensation, then it is quite possible that these landless residents will go intosecondary poverty in the future at the stage of urbanization. analyzing quantitativelythese sampled individual whose consumer alienation will contributes to understandingthe specific consumption quantity when the land-lost acquire short-term revenue. It ishelpful to design the new ways of resettlement, and design a rational selection of theland requisition compensation, the fusion will happen between in urban and in ruralareas of Xiangtan for promoting the economic development which will ensure thehealthy development of the city and is conducive to social stability.
