Land Requisition Compensation Mechanism And Innovation Research

With the acceleration of urbanization and the increasing demand of land for construction,a large number of rural collective lands have been taken and lots of farmers have become landless.According to statistics,China will have 110 million land-lost farmers by 2020.Due to the low standard for land requisition compensation and the single form of social security currently used in China,the long-term livelihood of farmers can't be guaranteed,which causes the mass group events and endangers social stability.By 2020,China will complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and the social security of land-lost farmers will directly influence our goal for completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The 13 th Five-year Plan is both key stage to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and also the important stage to promote urbanization.Under this background,the research of land-lost farmers' compensation and social security mechanism is very important and significant which will speed up the process of urbanization and promote social harmony and stability.In view of protecting the rights of land-lost farmers and promoting a harmonious society,I complete this article using public administration and economics knowledge I have learned.Through the research about the current situation of the resettlement of land-lost farmers in Shaanxi and the existing problem of the resettlement of land-lost farmers in China,I combine experience of other countries for reference with Chinese situation,then I propose some measures to protect and to ensure the long-term livelihood of land-lost farmers.
