Research On The Land Requisition Compensation Mode For Land Lost Farmers Based On The Sustainable Livelihoods

With the booming of urbanization in China, more and more farmers become land-lost farmers without land, without work and without security, therefore it is the key problem to deal with eminent domain compensation and social security of land-lost farmers, to keep sustainable living of land-lost farmers and steady society, to preserve legal rights and interests of land-lost farmers, to promote harmonious development of urban and rural economy and society, which must solve in the process of industrialization and urbanization in China.This research takes typical representative areas at home and abroad to make comparison, makes an example of land-lost farmers in Dalian as the subject, and addresses a succession of problems after eminent domain of land-lost farmers. This essay has the research on the consideration that how about the living condition of land-lost farmers is, what about changes of living quality and employment way become, what causes the changes and how to deal with the adverse influence.This essay mainly discusses the background of topic, research method, significance and thought, content and innovation. This research bases on the theories of sustainable living and land-lost eminent domain compensation documents at home and abroad, analyzes the current eminent domain compensation model of overseas and Dalian through the way of analogy and case research, and makes the theory model of land-lost farmers' eminent domain compensation. And the essay takes the factors influencing the model to make an empirical analysis using the SPSS software. Combining with the data analysis result, this essay makes a new comprehensive model of land-lost farmers' eminent domain compensation. Finally, it concludes the research results and gives the policy suggestions.
