Studies Of The Compensation Standard Of Land-lost Farmers Based On The Theory Sustainable Livelihoods

With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,lots of lands have been requisitioned.The land-lost farmers as a special group in the urbanization process,its emergence has a certain historical inevitability.Studies indicate that,as the current land expropriation compensation standard is simple,and the economic compensation mechanism is one-sidedness,the land expropriation compensation standard is one-side,and lack of reliable channels to earn a living and the basic social security,which make the land-lost farmers into the sustainable livelihoods mess.Therefore,study of land-lost farmers land expropriation compensation in the perspective of sustainable livelihoods is of great significance.This these deal with the issue of land expropriation compensation standard in the perspective of sustainable livelihoods,and taking a full consideration for the lost-farmers long-term livelihood to determine the land compensation standards,which content are land requisition compensation and farmers' development compensation.And using income approach and computation analysis to measure the standard,finally determine the land expropriation compensation which can not only guarantee the land-lost farmers sustainable livelihoods,but also promoting the development of regional construction.Main results for this study are as follows:(1)In the study area,the single currency compensation mode and multiple output law compensation standard is difficult to meet the demand of land-lost farmers livelihood;(2)Establish a model of land requisition compensation,including currency compensation and treatment compensation.Changing the traditional land expropriation compensation model method which is given priority to with the single currency compensation.(3)Establish a land expropriation compensation standard including land requisition compensation and farmers' development compensation,This standard can meet the demand of sustainable livelihood of the farmers in a certain extent.
