Bourg Construction Standardization Information System Demand Analsis

The development of information technology, especially the network technology, is changing the way people form for thousands of years to information transmission, interpersonal communication and the organizational form of social management, so it deeply affects social life and the way of the government. Bourg construction is a great historical task in our modernization process, whose informatization management is directly related to the effect of construction. Although our bourg construction is in a fast developing period, the bourg construction standardization works have lagged behind. The information publish, transfer and feedback of standard system still stay in the traditional way. So there is a significance to establish bourg construction standardization information system.According to the lack of bourg construction standardization information system, this paper studies the construction needs of the information system. First of all, using user requirement identification theory, it analyses user partition, user requirement and user requirement characteristics of the standardization information system. Second, based on user requirement, it designs system function module, function requirement and business process. Using MIS system architecture, it studies system architecture and system operating environment. Finally, according to customer demand satisfaction theory, after system is completely built and operated, this paper attempts to analysis the applicability of the system from use requirement and user satisfaction, in order to build bourg construction standardization information system demand satisfaction evaluation system.To sum up, on the basic of full analyzing system requirements and meeting the needs of users, combined with bourg construction standardization management goals and construction requirements, this paper achieves bourg construction standardization management information system. This system demand analysis is to manage bourg standard, included a series of demands for user query, online verification, internal audit, information publish. Through setting the perfect standard process, clear user interface and clear job classification, effectively combined user needs with system parties.
