The plastics industry takes an extremely important role in the world today and the per capita consumption of plastics has become a measure of a country’s development level. The data shows that China’s per capita consumption of plastics is 46 KG in 2010 While the per capita consumption in world’s developed countries is more than 120 KG. Therefore, the plastic products industry in China also has very big development space. Plastic products’ production almost comes from all kinds of plastics machinery and in the past 20 years, plastics machinery industry in China has developed rapidly. Currently, China has become the largest country in plastic machinery production.That the plastics machinery industry can control systems industry results from the rapid development of China’s plastics and plastics machinery industry which bring a broad market. The control system technology of plastic machinery in China Mainland is relatively backward, but the huge market under the development attracts fierce competitions from many in Taiwan, Japan, Germany and so on. However, some domestic private control system enterprises of plastics machinery develop only by relying on the economical strategy and the way of innovating in learning because of their poor technology.As one of the leading enterprises in domestic control system industry of plastics machinery, BJX Technology co., LTD has achieved a good development with affordable products and thoughtful service in the past period. But with the growth of the company, its management cannot keep in pace with its development, resulting in many problems such as the inefficiency of research fellows, casual product upgrade, project development without understanding customers’ needs, and many other problems and stagnating the development of the company.Taking the promotion strategies of BJX Technology co., LTD on the customer satisfaction as the research object and combining their practical situation, the article establishes the system of the customer satisfaction index of BJX Technology co., LTD,carries out a field measurement on the customer satisfaction of BJX Technology co., LTD through a large number of literature retrieval and the related theoretical researches and in the way of questionnaires, making a simple statistics and analysis on the evaluation results with SPSS software and finding out the problem, which is that the level of promote the product quality is not enough of current customer satisfaction of BJX Technology co., LTD in combination with data collected and measurement analysis results in order to put forward some improvement measures for the problem. Offer some suggestions for the management of BJX Technology co., LTD through the research, hoping to play a role in its future development.
