The automobile industry has become an important backbone of national economy. Under the keen competition environment, all enterprises must be customer-oriented and pay much attention to customer satisfaction in order to obtain their competitive advantage. In recent years, an increasing number of researches have been conducted, which are aimed to explore how to enhance competitive ability by raising customer satisfaction degree, promoting sustainable development. However, most of these researches are about qualitative analysis, which is not feasible enough. Consequently, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, the degree of customer satisfaction must be evaluated objectively, which requires an evaluation system. This paper will be based on J automobile company and combine the model of customer satisfaction degree with its real situation of J automobile company, putting forward a system of customer satisfaction degree which is fit for light passenger vehicle enterprises. The system is able to help the automobile enterprises find problems and deficiencies thus enhancing competitive ability.The paper will design a complete set of system of customer satisfaction degree by studying relevant theories of customer satisfaction degree and evaluation model of customer satisfaction degree from home and abroad and the establishment of the evaluation index system. The system of customer satisfaction degree is also based on the industry development and the analysis of competitive environment of domestic light passenger vehicle in addition to the real situation of J automobile company. The paper will make use of different analytic methods to summarize the factors affecting the customer satisfaction degree, thus defining the importance degree of each measuring index and measure the customer satisfaction degree in a scientific way. In the end, the paper will give some advices and measures to promote satisfaction degree and loyalty according to the research result, enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise.
